Dana
Our meditation sittings and teachings are freely offered, and we gratefully accept donations (Dana), to help cover our expenses and support our small community.  Donations or offerings can be left in the Dana bowl, which can be found just outside the main meditation hall, before or after our practice together.

Welcome

When you first arrive, please remove your shoes, turn off electronic devices, and enter the dharma hall quietly.   Modest, comfortable clothing is appropriate.  Please do not bring food or drink into the sitting area (water is fine), although we do have shared kitchen and social area for potlucks and tea.  We will have meditation cushions and chairs available, but you are also welcome to bring your own from home.  We typically begin with a meditation sitting of 20 -30 minutes, followed by a 30 - 40 minute teaching or Dharma talk, and mindful sharing then announcements.
